정말 다양한 장르의 음악을 좋아하시는군요.
좀 탐욕적으로 듣죠. 음악은 조금만 공백이 생기면 못 따라가요. 삼사 년쯤 새로운 곡을 듣지 않다 보면 음악을 들어도 연결이 잘되지 않아요. 뭘 들어도 다 똑같이 들리죠. 그래서 그런 일이 생기지 않도록 비교적 공백을 두지 않고 듣는 버릇이 생겼습니다. p184

It has been a long time since I left a book review here. For the past three years, I have felt like I'm losing my way, especially with my poor daily routine, which has made me feel uncomfortable.
In every way possible, I need something to keep my daily life balanced. This book has inspired me to live my life more easily; it could be small things such as reading a book early in the morning, trying to do daily exercise, and pursuing what I wanted when I was young. These things make my life better and can help avoid unexpected sorrow and sudden anxiety.
Just do it. Let's do it. I have to acknowledge that this is the perfect timing to enjoy my life. Live your daily life with full energy, then live your whole life with ease. That's my humble opinion for today.
